Request AppointmentDuring your first visit to our office, you will be greeted by our team. We will review your dental and medical history in order to perform an overall dental exam. This first examination will usually include taking necessary X-rays, photographs and in some cases, study models. These will all help us to assess your smile.
After our initial assessment, your dentist will discuss your current oral health, and make recommendations for your customized treatment plan. During this appointment, it is also a great time for you to meet with one of our dental hygienists to provide you with a thorough hygiene cleaning.

We do not direct bill your insurance company. We will assist you in providing a completed dental claim form to submit to your dental plan provider for reimbursement. Our dentist will provide you treatment options to best address your dental care needs, regardless of what your dental plan covers. Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better and, if requested, can send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments. Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by debit or most major credit cards.
